At Allegiance Flag Supply, we take immense pride in our American-made craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your flags or hardware don't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Package Your Flags

  Ensure all items are neatly folded and securely packed to prevent damage during transit back to our South Carolina workshop.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new replacement items within 5-7 business days.
